It's been another busy week for Senior 2.  As well as Maths, English, Woodwork and P.E., we have been travelling 'Around the World' in Food Technology (virtually, of course!).  Our chosen country to visit this week was South Africa.  We made a traditional Milk Tart, which tasted delicious.  Here is William using measuring cups for all the ingredients.  We then did some research using the Chromebooks and found out facts about South Africa, including its capital city, weather, food and how far away it is from England (at least 14 hours by plane!). 
So far on our travels we have been to France, Germany, Austria and now South Africa - I wonder where we will end up next week?!?
