The Dot
To celebrate World Book Day this year, we read The Dot by Peter H Reynolds. The book is about everyone being able to make their own mark, even if it’s just a dot!
All pupils were able to take part in a workshop to create their own dot! We printed, used our fingers, utensils and stencils. We also used watery inks onto coffee filter paper and we drew using felt tips.
All the pupils enjoyed creating their mark and learning which method they liked the best!!
It was a thoroughly enjoyable day!!
There were lots of amazing artworks created which are all on display in the Main Hall.
