This week some of Rabbit Class braved the wet and cold weather to go shopping in town for baking supplies. It is often difficult for some children to tolerate shopping trips because of long wait times, the busy crowds or being asked to do something they don't want to do. So in Rabbit class we make sure that we have a weekly shopping trip to different shops in Driffield so that the children build up their tolerance to shopping. Those that went shopping were fantastic, they pulled the shopping baskets, loaded up the items on to the conveyor belt and the packed their bags! They then baked some delicious biscuits in the afternoon! Yum yum!
