Senior 1 have been taking part in fitness training most mornings. We use videos by the fitness coach Joe Wicks. At first we worked for 5 minutes, we progressed to 8 minutes and this week we did our first 15 minute session. This is done with the intention of improving the fitness and coordination of the children (and staff) in Senior 1.
