Firstly I hope everyone had a really good half term even though the weather has been poor. I would like to take the opportunity to introduce you to our new volunteer, Shane.
Shane has Autism and he is very open about what struggles he has experienced growing up. Before joining Kings Mill he has been volunteering with the Hull FC Foundation assisting with sport delivery to local schools. He wants to be able to pass on his knowledge and be a role model for our pupils and offer any advice where he can. He is a very enthusiastic person who dreams to one day become a teaching assistant himself and help pupils with Autism.
